Anthony Wayne Lewis
Anthony Wayne Lewis, age 55, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018.
He is preceded by his father: Charles Wayne Lewis, sister: Faith Ellen Lewis; great aunt: Violet
Hatfield; great grandmother: Herbie Lewis; and great uncle: Robert Hatfield.
Anthony is survived by his mother: Linda Blue Stroud and sister: Lara Hatfield; and numerous cousins.
The family will have a private memorial service.
