Billy Griffith Boozer

Billy Griffith Boozer went home to be with the Lord on May 17, 2024. He was born July 11, 1926 to the late Thomas Richard Boozer and Mattie Griffith Boozer.
He was a Veteran and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church for 69 years and truly dedicated to his Lord always. He was a loving father, grandpa, great-grandpa, and great-great grandpa and will forever be missed by his family and friends, who he loved dearly.
Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Danna Lou Boozer.
He is survived by his children, Judy Boozer and Susan (John) Howell; granddaughter, Lynn (Scott) Haskell; great-grandchildren, Anthony (Jamie) Haskell, Patrick Haskell, Preston Haskell and Heather Haskell; great-great-grandchildren, Everly Haskell, Saylor Haskell, Noah Haskell, Addy Agee, Waylon Agee and Kason Agee.
Graveside services will be Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in New Live Oak Cemetery with Dr. Bill Gardner officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Scott Haskell, Anthony Haskell, Preston Haskell, Taylor Haskell, David Boozer and Bobby Boozer. The honorary pallbearer will be Patrick Haskell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Fairview Baptist Church.
