Billy Ray Manning Sr., age 67, of Selma, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Manning; children: Judy Seago, Shelly Williams, Rebecca Watkins, Billy Ray Manning Jr; 6 grandchildren: Lauren Seago, Brooke Seago, Trevor Seago, Emily Seago, Cameron Williams, Christian Manning; and sisters: Shirley Thomas, Sandra Tillman, and Carol Robertson.
