Buford Irvin Campbell, Jr. passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 68, at his home in Selma, Alabama. He was born on November 29, 1957, to the late Buford Irvin Campbell, Sr. and Florence Campbell.
He was preceded in death by his siter, Debbie Smitherman.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Melissa M. Campbell; children, Melanie (Benny) Burdick of Addison, Alabama, Christopher Walker of Decatur, Alabama and Jeremy Arnold (Bambie) of Carrolton, Georgia; grandchildren, Makenna and Campbell Burdick of Addison and Sophia Arnold of Carrolton; siblings, Linda (Glen) Moore, Brenda (Willis) Scurlock and Roger (Christy) Campbell - all of Selma as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
He traveled all over the country with many of his jobs. His last place of employment was Associated Industrial Riggers in Bremen, Georgia.
