Cissy Wade Chaffin passed away March 1, 2019 at the age of 65.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Booker; mother, Mamie Booker; aunts, Evelyn Booker and Delores (Skeeter) Tilden and husband, Crenshaw Wade.
She is survived by her husband, Jay Chaffin; son, Michael “Bubba” Wade; daughter, Heather Wade Franks; son-in-law, Jeffrey Franks; brother, Larry Booker; granddaughters, Megan Wade (Taylor) Scoggins and Savannah Franks; grandson, Jackson Wade; sisters-in-law, Amy Booker, Gail Jones and Marilyn Pharr; brothers-in-law, Glenn Chaffin, Royce Chaffin and Eddie Pharr; niece, Mary Beth Booker; nephew, Paul Booker and her beloved fur-baby, Sadie Mae
