David Laird
June 11, 1937 — September 26, 2017
David H. Laird, age 80, of Selma, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday October 9, 2017, at Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Kopp officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 – 1:30 at the church.
David is preceded by his parents: David and Vera Laird.
Mr. Laird was a longtime resident of Selma and loved his friends. He was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church. He was also a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
