Debbie Holladay Gargus

Debbie Holladay Gargus, age 63, of Selma, passed away at her home on Thursday, September 17, 2026. 

She was born on September 25, 1962 to the late William Lee and Betty Lou Holladay, Jr..

Debbie served as a teacher at Meadowview Christian School for most of her career. 

Debbie is preceded in death by her grandparents, William Lee and Estelle L. Holladay.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff Gargus; son, Jay Gargus; brothers, William L. Holladay III "Trey" (Deb), John Wayne Holladay (Amy); grandchildren, Russ Gargus and Beau Gargus.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, make memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Houston Park Church of Christ.
