Ellis Mcintyre Sr.

Ellis Lee McIntyre, Sr., age 78, of Sardis, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018.

He is preceded by his parents: John Daniel and Lilly Bell McIntyre; and sisters: Eva Mae Etheridge and Joyce Turner.

Mr. McIntyre is survived by his wife, Jeannette McIntyre; children, Ellis Lee “Buddy” McIntyre Jr. (Judy), Bryan McIntyre (Lisa), Mike McIntyre; grandchildren, Ellis “Trey” McIntyre III (Rebecca), Haley McIntyre Rosa (Anthony), Katherine Elyse McIntyre, Carol Ann McIntyre, Katey McIntyre Smith (Brandon), Erin Elizabeth McIntyre, 5 great grandchildren, Spur, Bentley, Lucas, Noah, and Collier; brother, Melvin McIntyre; sisters, Evelyn Sellers and Rhonda Mitchell; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Sardis.
