Ethel Lucille Hale Barnes passed away July 5, 2019 at the age of 73. She was born October 23, 1945 to the late Otis Jackson Hale and Ruby Louise Ross Hale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ray Barnes; son, Larry Phillips Twilley; siblings, Mildred Hale Smith and Ernest "Junior" Hale and Evelyn Hale.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Vickie Daniell Twilley; grandchildren, Tiffany Amber (Christopher Lace) Twilley and Timothy Adam Twilley; great-grandchildren, Desirae and Evan Lace and siblings, Louise Driver, David Hale and Barbara Ann Rayburn.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
