Frances Davis

Frances Shero Davis passed away February 28, 2023 at the age of 91. She was born in Mineral Wells, Texas to the late Doley Weldon Shero and Eva McMinn Shero on July 6, 1931. Fran was a resident of Selma for many years, until her passing.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Holland.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Don Davis; sons, Craig Boone and Russell Boone; step-daughter, Beverly Conn and grandson, Jeremiah Conn.

Fran was a loving and giving person her entire life.

She had a distinguished career in Civil Service, for 31 years, as an Executive Secretary in several different Air Force bases and in Panama.

She loved gardening and all animals, especially her cat, “Sister”.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Houston Park Church of Christ.
