Frances Strickland
March 18, 1936 — December 13, 2018
Frances Pearl Strickland passed away December 13, 2018 at the age of 82.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Strickland; children, Tommy Elden Dement, Leo Edward Brown, Jr. and Wanda Jean Strickland Howton; siblings, Charlie Pruitt, Ed (Karen) Pruitt, Rene (Floyd) Reed and sisters-in-law, Mary Kate Strickland (Chuck) Presley and Evelyn Strickland Johnson.
She is survived by her children, Albert Lee Dement and Connie (James) Hopkins; step-daughter, Melissa Strickland; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dumpie Pruitt and brothers-in-law, Irvin Ross Strickland, James Ray (Margaret Ann) Strickland and Douglas Wayne Strickland.
The family will hold a graveside memorial service Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at New Live Oak Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
