James Weeks
October 26, 1944 — March 8, 2026
James "Marty" Weeks passed away March 8, 2026 at the age of 81. He was born October 26, 1944 to the late Russell and Connie Weeks.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Nita Weeks; step-sons, John Paul (Shelley) Jones an Larry Howard; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Alabama National Cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home of Selma directing.
Pallbearers will be John Paul Jones, II, Larry Jones, Chris Jones, II and other friends and relatives. Honorary pallbearer will be John Paul Jones.
The family will accept flowers or you may consider making memorial donations in his honor to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
