John Hale

John A. “Johnny” Hale passed away October 30, 2017 at the age of 70. He was born August 5, 1947 to the late Robert and Edith Hale.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. John MacLaren officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
He is survived by his son, John Brian Hale; daughter, Cindi (Glenn) Klein; grandson, John Braxton Hale; sister, Jean Hale (Tom) Rimmer; niece, Debbie (Bobby) Brown; nephew, Ricky (Karlene) Boozer and numerous other family and friends, as well as his faithful sidekick, “Chewy”.
Pallbearers will be John Brian Hale, Rodney Duncan, Jason Duncan, Eddie Bryant, Ricky Boozer, Derrick Washington and Bryan Browning. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Rimmer, Bernard Redd and Mike Simpkins.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Southern Care Hospice, the staff of Lighthouse Nursing Home and the Vaughan Regional Medical Center, for all the care and support they have provided during this time.
