John Hooker
December 1, 1937 — April 5, 2019
John Gary Hooker, age 81, of Selma, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2019 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is preceded by his parents: Carl Garrett and Gladys Faye Lydia Hooker; and sisters: Nita Faye Wentz, Rebecca Bishop, and Lynn Keener.
Mr. Hooker is survived by his wife of 59 years: Betty Louise Hooker; son: James Dean (Debra) Hooker; daughter: Terri Sellers; grandchildren: Jonathan Bennett Sellers, Joshua Tyler Sellers, James Garnett Hooker; and a great grandchild: Cadence Ahnna Marie Hooker.
