Julius Earl Mitchell, age 81, of Selma, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his parents, Judge and Emma Mitchell; and his wife, Sylvia Faye Mitchell.
He is survived by his sons, Thomas E. Mitchell (Pam) and Michael Mitchell (Tammy); grandchildren, Shawn Mitchell, Misty Huffman (Mark), Julie Wyatt (Nick), Robert Basler, William Basler, and Denise Dennis.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 2, 2017 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. Burial will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be the Selma Fire Department.
