Lettie Brady

Lettie Dempsey Brady, age 92, of Selma, AL, passed away March 8, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Talmadge "Doc" Dempsey and James Brady, Sr.; son, Billy Dempsey; daughter-in-law, Betty Dempsey; brothers, Ralph Wells and Matt Wells and sisters, Sally Garrison, Clara Brown, Lucy Gunner, Neva Harper and Olivia Folds. Surviving are her sons, Richard (Diane) Dempsey and Donald Dempsey; grandchildren, Kim (Robby) Persinger, Angie (Todd) Krumnow, Regina (Mark) Story, Shelia Davis, Richette (Jake) Boyd and Donna Dempsey; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday, March 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Fancher officiating. Interment will be in New Live Oak with Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Andrew Davis, Todd Krumnow, Mark Story, Robby Persinger, Andrew Persinger and Josh Story.
