Patricia Deason passed away July 17, 2025 at the age of 79. She was born in East Stroudsburg, PN on December 31, 1945 to the late Willis Pysher and Evelyn Pysher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Skipper; daughters, Veronica Dean and Bonnie Bearden and sisters, Mae Graves and Judy Bury.

She is survived by her children, Matthew Deason, Andrew (Stephanie) Deason and Kevin (Jessica) Skipper; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 25, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will begin at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m., prior to the service.
