Listen to Obituary

Paul LaVern Weaver, born January 17, 1965 to Noah M. & Fannie (Hershberger) Weaver in Americus, Ga. After his parents were departed he moved to Safford, AL where he resided until his departure from this earth for his heavenly home on May 17, 2025 at the age of 60 y and 4 mo.

Paul was very ambitious as a little boy, never able to pass up the opportunity to get into some adventure or another, and as an adult there were very few jobs he was afraid to tackle. He loved spending time with family and friends especially camping and fishing.
At the end of his life when the Drs said he would not likely recover, he immediately responded by saying, “ I need to confess my sins and ask God to forgive me”, which he acted upon by praying out on his own asking God’s forgiveness for his sins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah & Fannie, one sister-in-law Martha (Marlin), one brother-in-law Ellison (Marilyn) McAdams

He leaves behind to mourn his passing 3 brothers, Marlin of Costa Rica, Eli Ray (Lilly), Jonathan (Judy) both of Safford, AL, 2 sisters, Sharon (Herman) Yoder, Marilyn McAdams both of Temple, Ga. Nieces & Nephews- Micah, Samuel, Philip, Miriam, Joseph, Jonas, Lucinda, Caleb, Robert, John, Margaret, Megan, Grace Ann, Judith, Mary, Rose, Anthony, Joseph, Karen, Jeremy & Matthew.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Orrville Amish Mennonite Church.
