Robert M. "Robbie" Gaines, Jr., of Benton, Alabama passed away March 4, 2024 at the age of 70. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 3, 1953 to the late Robert M. Gaines, Sr. from Louisville, Ky and Amy Lee Stocking Trauth from Clarksville, Indiana.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine McCloud Gaines; children, Misty Gaines (Michael) Bowling of Fayetteville, Tennessee and Jason (Amanda) McCloud, Sr. of Valley Grande; grandchildren, Adrian Gaines, Marie McCloud, Eric McCloud, Elyssa Bowling, Lydia Ray, Alyssa McCloud, Cameron Bowling, Nori Bowling and Thea Bowling; great-grandchildren, Kayden Langston and Ellie Mae Gaines; siblings, Cheryl (Sam) Ryan, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Karen (Tom) Dench of Louisville, Kentucky and Jeff (Angela Fregoso) Gaines of Houston, Texas and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a private service.
