Rodney Love
December 1, 1933 — December 9, 2017
Rodney Laird Love passed away December 9, 2017 at the age of 84. He was born August 31, 1933 to the late Rodney Moss Love of York, SC, and Winnie Lou Laird Love of Rehoboth, AL.
He was reunited with his loving wife, Mary Cassandra Day Love who passed away in January. It was his wish to spend Christmas with her, and God granted his wish.
He is survived by his children, Rodney Laird Love, II, David Edward Love, Cammy Love Fulmer and Thompson Sloan Love; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Rehoboth Family Cemetery in Wilcox County on County Road 4 with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Lukas Love, Michael Fulmer, Ted Davis, Howard Holley, Josh Wilkerson, Sam Neely, Don Gamble, Wilton Gamble and Dr. Shane Lee. Honorary pallbearers will be Peyton Burford and Dan Wilkinson.
