Terrell Ann Minet Evans

Terrell Ann "Terry" Minet Evans passed away October 14, 2023 at the age of 77, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born April 28, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the oldest child of the late Glen and Pauline Eubanks Minet.
 
She attended Ben Davis High School and graduated, class of 1964. After graduating high school, she worked for the Indiana High School Athletic Association. She moved to Selma, Alabama in 1970, where she raised her family and worked alongside her husband at Highland Avenue Chiropractic Clinic. Her later years, she worked as Credit Manager for a furniture store. She loved spoiling her grandchildren, who dubbed her "GiGi" (Gorgeous Grandmother).
 
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dr. Sam Evans; second husband, Wayne Plummer and sister, Beverly Lindley.
 
She is survived by her daughter, Angela (Ben) Smith; son, Sam (Katerina) Evans; grandchildren, Andrew (Hannah) Johnson, Ashlyn (Houston) Mabray, Puck Evans, Kohner Evans (Scott Myers) and Caedon Evans; her bonus grandchildren, Jessica (Sandra) Straub, Deanna (Jorge Marenco) Smith and Benjamin Smith; her great-grandchildren, Hayes Johnson, Hudson Johnson and Mary Allen Marenco; sisters, Sue (Mark) Lawson and Glenda (Jack) Fox and numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Graveside services will be Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Pineview Memory Gardens with Dr. Ben Smith officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Lawrence.
 
Pallbearers will be Andrew Johnson, Houston Mabray, Caedon Evans, Dr. Jason Reed, John Curry, III, Scott Myers and Justin Curry. Honorary pallbearers will be Daphne Wilson, Mars Hill Friends and the Ben Davis Class of 1964.
