Timothy Paul Cook passed away August 20, 2018 at the age of 50. He was born April 5, 1968 to Thomas Wesley and Helen Pugh Cook.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Pugh Cook; sister, Georgia (Mark) Harris; brothers, Raymond (Kay) Cook, Curtis (Janie) Cook, Charles (Susan) Cook and Roger (Missy) Cook and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
