He is preceded by his father: William Clark Chapman, Sr.
Mr. Chapman is survived by his mother: Katherine Chapman; and sisters: Sharleen Jatko & Sereca Huff,
family and close friends
Billy was a very creative but private person who loved collecting model cars, rock & roll & computers
He may be gone but will never be forgotten
