Willie Rasmussen

Willie Allen Rasmuseen passed away February 6, 2017 at the age of 80. He was born October 17, 1936 to the late Joseph R. and Willie Pearl Bates Rasmussen.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Joseph R. Rasmussen, Jr. and Lars R. Rasmussen.

He is survived by his brother, Lewis L. (Ruth) Rasmussen of Huntsville; sister-in-law and caregiver, Patricia Rasmussen of Dora, Alabama; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 11, 2017 in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Chris Stevenson officiating. Private burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
