Barbara Curtis James Glazier, 88 of Manchester, GA died December 11, 2021 at Park Place Assisted Living in Selma, AL.

Mrs. Glazier was born February 11, 1933 in Harris City, GA the daughter of Charles Brady James, Sr. and Laura Lucille Temple James. She grew up in Harris City and attended the Harris City Baptist Church and later was a longtime member of the Macedonia Baptist Church in Manchester, GA. Mrs. Glazier was a bank teller at the F and M Bank and Trust in Manchester prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joe G. Glazier, Sr., sisters, Dorothy James Wiley,  Elizabeth "Betty" James Willingham, Peggy James Pearson and Laura James Nalls.

She is survived by her daughter, Suzette (Mac) Martin of Plantersville, AL, son Joe G. (Billie) Glazier, Jr. of Jasper, AL,  brother C. B. James, II of Kennesaw, GA, sister Nancy (Michael) Bell of Merritt Island, FL; grandchildren Mac (Andrea) Martin, Jr., Lauren Martin (Cody) Kiefer, Brooke G. (Adan) Quintero, Bethany Glazier, Levi Glazier and Eathan Heard, several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Glazier will be held 1100 am, December 14, 2021 at Macedonia Baptist Church in Manchester, GA with interment following in the Meriwether Memory Gardens, Manchester, GA. Serving as pallbearers Mac Martin, Jr., Cody J. Kiefer, Adan Quintero, Levi Glazier, Eathan Heard and Carlos Rodriguez. Serving as honorary pallbearers  Deacons of Macedonia Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be given in memory of Barbara Glazier to the Macedonia Baptist Church, Manchester, GA.
