Gary Suther

Gary Mark Suther passed away peacefully on December 23, 2022 at the age of 65. He was born June 10, 1957 to the late William Victor Suther and Marlene Elam Suther.

He was a power house operator for over 40 years at International Paper and loved to take care of people with his giving heart. He was a member of Ocmulgee Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Blake Suther.

He is survived by his brother, Randy (Lara) Suther; nieces and nephews, Robin Suther, Randel (Julia) Suther, Mark (Jill) Suther and Heather (Rob) LaCoste; numerous great-nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 30, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. from the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Noah Reid and Rev. Donald Harris officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 5:00 p.m., prior to the service.
