James H. Long passed away on October 11, 2019 at the age of 74. He was born October 2, 1945.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Howard Long and sister, Holly Dunn.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Long; sons, James H. (Felicia) Long, II, Shane (Michaga) Vinson, Justin (Kaelyn) Long; sister, Jean Sanders; brothers, William "Butch" Long and Gary Ader; grandchildren, Trey Long, Jared Long, Walker Duran, Layken Harris, Finleigh Vinson, Gavin Long and Allison Long and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Graveside services will be Monday, October 14, 2019 at New Live Oak Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. with James, H. "Jimmy" Long, II officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Justin Long, Shane Vinson, Charles "Junior" Martin, Trey Long, Jim Nolan and Ken Nunnaly.
