Thomas Cook

Thomas Curtis Cook passed away July 4, 2019 at the age of 39.

A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Damian Day; grandfathers, Thomas Cook and Sidney Stapleton, Sr.; grandmother, Judith Duncan; uncle, Timothy Cook; aunt and uncle, Milton and Linda McCormick.

He is survived by his wife, April Hines Cook; parents, Curtis and Janie Cook; sister, Judy (Derrick) Day; sons, Thomas Cook, Taylor Cook and Christopher Johnson; step-children, Dale Moore, Taylor (Kaitlyn) Hines, Cody Bender, Nathan Bender, Shyanna Hines, Angel (Jeremy) Ledbetter and Chelsea Bender; grandchildren, Zacheriah Kelley and Harlie Hines; nephew, Derrick (Bookie) Day; niece, Destiny Day; grandmothers, Carolyn Sue Stapleton and Helen Pugh Cook; aunts and uncles, Georgia (Mark) Harris, Raymond (Kay) Cook, Roger (Missy) Cook, Chuck (Susan) Cook, Helen (Kevin) Kendricks and Donald and Dalonna Stapleton; uncle and best friend, Jeff “Cool Breeze” Stapleton; special brothers, Dee and Shyne Muse and many cousins and friends.
