Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Non-emergency calls and requests are handled during regular office hours.

Appointments are required for at-need arrangements, preplanning consultations, and monument design. This allows us to properly prepare for your visit and ensures that you receive our undivided attention when you arrive.

We understand that a loss can occur at any time. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies and immediate needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us when you need assistance.
