William Franklin "Billy" Goodwin passed away May 29, 2026 at the age of 89. He was born November 4, 1936 to the late Henry Clayton Goodwin and Eva Strickland Goodwin.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Lane Goodwin (Ernie) Hamm; brother, James (Daisy) Goodwin and daughter-in-law, Lisa Goodwin.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Janice Goodwin; children, Terry Goodwin, Jennifer (Al) Livingston, Heath (Lauren) Goodwin; grandchildren, Josh (Maxine) Banks, Alex (Tia) Goodwin, William Franklin "Frank" Goodwin, II and Grace Garland "Gigi" Goodwin; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Goodwin, William "Will" Goodwin, Andrew Banks and Edward Banks and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He retired from Bush Hog, after working for over 40 years.
The family will hold a private service, for immediate family.
